The Unique CETL
Concept
The CETL Concept was born through the
work developed by Community Energy Trading Limited in
attempting to support communities in the Nottinghamshire
Coal Field.
The original premise developed in 2001 was that electricity
and gas could be supplied to householders and commercial
customers within an existing community scheme aimed at
long-term, sustainable job creation.
CETL developed this Concept from April 2001 and in December
2002 added a Utilities Efficiency Management service (UEM)
and fully implemented it as a commercial venture with
national coverage.
CETL was one of the first companies to receive support from
a new fund established in the early summer of 2003 through
the North West Development Agency. |
Aims and Objectives
CETL aims to provide
businesses, charities and public sector organisations with
smartUTILITY solutions in an
entirely ethical manner.
It is our objective to generate
utility savings for our clients from these activities.
